Enter a customer, then enter the recurring billing & the date for the invoice to be printed.

Billings can be printed:

• For this month

• Up to the current day of the month

• Only on the current day

The program also allows for invoice entry:

• Entries can be itemized

• Auto total of quantity time price

• Auto total of all items to invoice total

• Allows for customer's PO number

The program allows entry for payments, discounts, & late charges.

Program reports include:

• Customer statement

• Annual report of billings, payments, discounts, & balance

• Annual detail report of billings, payments, discounts, & balance by customer

This program operates with all versions of Microsoft operating systems.
